Q: How can I access Clement web interface?

A: On the first start up of Clement, an /etc/httpd/conf file, named clement.conf is created.
   That document create the configuration file httpd needs to create the webpage
   by using the domain name of your computer. Make sure to restart the httpd service.
   
   The interface should be accessible at http://clement.domainname. For example, if your computer
   is named machine1.example.com, the webpage will be named clement.example.com.

   However, since Clement do not have access to your DNS, the webpage need to be manually inserted
   in your DNS.

Q: How do I log in into the interface?

A: A root account has been created for you when clement was iniated.

   The root account is root@yourdomainname, with it password being the same
   as the root account on the hosting computer.

   In our previous example, the root account would be root@example.com

Q: How do I create new domains?

A: Access Domain management in the top-right menu. CLick on the "New Domain" folder.
   It'll ask, respectively, from left to right, top to bottom: 
   The domain name, the linked contract number, the name of the domain manager, language
   The profile ID number, when the domain expires and what's the max user the domain accept.

   For profile ID, the values are as follow
   1 is assign to foreign user when the mail to the domain. Your own user shouldn't be put as 1.
   2 is the default profile for users.
   3 is for application mails that doesn't need any filtering, such as spamtraps.

Q: How do I add a new user in a domain?

A: Access Domain Management, then click the orange portion of the domain. In our example
   this would have been example.com

   Once this is done, click the new folder icon to create a new user. Expected fields are
   Username, real name, password, and the expiration date of the user.

Q: How do I view what email an user has received?

A: Access the user himself in Domain Management top-right tab, click the domain,
   then the specific user. Click on the mail date for additional information.

   As a root, you have the full log option, which allow you to check the received mail
   of every users.

   This do not allow you to check the content of email. Such action must be done
   in clement mails directory (default: /var/spool/clement-x.y/mails/user)
   whereas x.y is the version number and user is the name of the user.

Q: I was sent an email, but it hasn't arrived!

A: Verify in Clement that you haven't received it in quarantine. If it arrived in quarantine
   the email have been sent in the quarantine folder of the clement directory.

   Releasing it through the interface will send it to the original owner.

Q: But what exactly is a quarantine?

A: Message who's content is not outright dangerous, but are most likely spam
   are flagged as quarantine. They are flagged as such, and an email is sent
   to every user who has atleast a quarantine every few hours concerning new
   email who would arrive in quarantine. Quarantine email are not delivered
   directly to the recipient.

   Unclaimed quarantine are deleted after a certain period, which is defined in
   /etc/sysconfig/clement. There are also other parameter regarding the database
   archive and journal archiving and deletion.

   The quarantine email interval is defined in /etc/cron.d/clement as the quarantinemail.sh
   shell.
